Clear Concept Construction is owned and  operated by myself, Ethan Hutchins. I started my career in construction as an engineer and have developed my design skills through hands on experience of family owned general contracting residential housing construction. That means, not only do I have experience drafting/designing/managing project construction behind a computer but also face to face problem solving on the job site during construction.
